Book value of Explor

Book value of ExplorAccording to TD the bookvalue for Explor is 0.48 cents, see below

Could anybody figure out how they come with that value?

Not that it really matters since we are trading at 40 % of that price

2nd Thing, - regarding TECK

Now that the ball is in Explor court, no blaming on Teck dragging their feet and how slow things move within a huge corporation. So what's Explor excuse? Like I told someone my daughter use to read 100-200 pages a night.

She's now a CA (CPA) are they having a challenge reading the material, maybe they could use her help?
