having participated in many PPs...you are privy to insider information ( and so you should be if you are risking your own investment) It only becomes insider information if you act upon it. IE if you declined the PP offer and then bought up a huge position based on your prior knowledge before it became public....or you informed others prior to it becoming public knowledge....IMO
