RE:AMALGAMATION UPDATE...Can someone explain to me, with all these funds (2.5 mil. +500,000 PP) earmarked for the drilling of the Timmins project, what is NIC bringing to the table?? Why didn't Sprott directly invest with EXS? What am I missing here? It seems to me our Timmins project holds more value and we get half the shares!!!!
