Win Win
I believe we have a win win situation with the merger . Also with Sprott again backing NIC you guys have just inherited a whale . This is the second time Mr. Sprott invests in NIC so he is very keen to keep an eye out for NIC. The upcoming drill program will drill 20,0000 metres and those historical grades are bonanza grades and off the charts . Great day for both companies . JMO.Cheers .

Had a feeling this would happen two years ago when I bought ,many doubts along the way and many high points as well. But this is the high point I have been waiting for. Good luck to us all.

ok. This is decent news. But still long way to go to just breakeven. BRAVO Mr. Dupont. Please carry on. For those following this board long enough, you know saying this means a lot coming from me.

Finally got the longggg awaited news. A little confused, if EXS gets 54% of the total outstanding shares of the combined companies. Would not the share price of EXS be even a little higher than the current NIC price of .075?? Why is the the current ask .03? Please explain.

OK figured it out. Outstanding shares of EXS is 190,397,224 we will be getting 95,198,612 shares back which is exactly 1/2. Which means EXS shares should be half of what NIC is trading at. Correct???

Seems to me we just gave our company away on the cheap. I really thought this company was worth more then .035. After all the talk of great results and production coming on, in the months to come. But then again with Sprott on board, new CEO, promising outlook, there is renewed hope. But with half the shares breakeven just doubled.
