Who enters into a lock-up with no out clause in the vent of a higher bid. Is it not clear to everyone the that they are all acting in concert. The OSC must recognize this is abusive to minority ...more

No, read the lock-ups attached to ABH's 8K.  These are hard lock-ups and prevent the tendering into a superior bid:  "Under the Lock-up Agreements... the Locked-up Shareholders ...more
