well, according to the mystery RBC buyer the past couple of days, anything under .10 is a steal. The next NR will be positive and perhaps even huge ie) more confirmed contracts from bids out and/or new bids for seriously interested parties in Europe, Asia or Middle East. Really, so much in the works. I, personally, would not want to risk not being in before the next NR.
