Explain why? Other than being negative tell me why is a new board being set up of original shareholders who own over 60 million shares? Do you somehow think they will intentionally fail? I understand the frustration if you're a shareholder but these guys have major skin in the game and will make sure this doesn't fail. Anything is better than the status quo.
