Valuation Already Heavily Discounted: Last night's close of $14.44 represents a 32% discount to our NAV vs. the 15% peer average and 3% historical average. We continue to view FCR as among the most attractive plays on the eventual reopening of the economy as vaccinations progress and lockdown measures are eventually lifted.
