Call  up OSM in Welland and ask for John Gamble. Seems to be some delays,probably because the state of the Ontario market or general capital markets. But good news is that Chinese solar panels are getting slapped with tarrifs which makes Ontario more attractive.   Good luck! ReduceCo2
