RE:RE:Form 7Yes, this is starting to get really concerning the more I look into it.  

After examining the May 2nd NR about the Orlando acquisition LOI I noticed that there was no actual name attached to its Florida partner in the deal describing them as "a Florida LLC" and no name attached to the actual greenhouse owners who would be selling.  

Also noticed on SEDAR that an entry was made today, July 6th about a 2014 bridge loan agreement between Abattis Pharma and Terracity Lawrence Llc ( a William Gidea company in Boston).  Exactly why is this a "material contract" for FFT?  Might this mean that Gildea is in default?
