RE:RE:I hate to say this, but I still think it`s a scamI'm not going to call it an outright scam like SB but I find his concerns increasingly valid the more I dig into this company's operations.

For the time being mook806 I'll just mention two of your points:

Hampton Chocolates.  This is also a start-up company barely a few years old (launched April 2014) run by an ex-Wall Streeter and his wife.  So hardly of Hershey's stature.  Presumably, he is an old acquaintance of Bill's.  This looks more like a non-arms length deal because Hampton's CEO Evan Gappelberg just happens to be Gildea's chief advisor.  Hmmm.

Award winning lights.  Well, these lights are called Scorpion COB Grow Lights.  About the only thing proprietary about them is the word Scorpion.  They are probably made in China from off the shelf parts and specially packaged for FFT.  The company does not hold patents for it and the only thing they are doing is getting certification for use in North America.  Award winning?  One prize at a local Vancouver boutique (to put it politely) grower show which really highlighted one indica strain product and Rob Huston was only there because he provided the lighting source.  I checked the statement about "5 years of top rated use" and couldn't find anything.  Maybe somebody else can.  And the LED Canada division run by the new guy, Scott Mcdermid.  He comes advertised as a real estate investor with 250M under investment.  All I could find was the appearance of his being a commercial real estate broker with clients who actually had RE invested money.  From what I can initially see this whole LED thing is a huge non-competitive waste of time.

So far it's not looking good for my investment.  At this point I am praying the Greenhouse deals actually happen so it can get back to 28 cents where I started.
