His site is a must for precious metals stock pickers. Hes got comparative metrics and ratios out the ying yang. He says the market cap here should be between 200-500m and it should -albeit with dilution.. I'm not selling anything If management executes like they say, even with mediocre drill results, OTSO should blast off, as the value here is truly nuts
