RE:RE:David Alexander (boardmember) is being charged!!

I hate to contradict you, #Toweringmars--I am super long on MDM--but our David Alexander is one and the same as the North American Frac Sand guy!  Our director's full name is David Malcolm Alexander and is a CPA with a somewhat long history of being a director and/or CFO of several penny equities.  This is not unusual at all but D.M.A's NAFS connection is potentially troublesome due to his signing off as CEO on some questionable transactions made by another FRACS executive.  The case in question before the ASE begins next month so, while I am not too concerned about it right now, I am still keeping an eye on it as an MDM &VRT shareholder.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.
