The way it traded all week sure looks like something big is coming. If we bust trough .185, we'll see the twenties pretty quick..

According to last financials, the 3.9M US refund from CTI will soon turn into 4.1M$ since Cali is charging a 100K$ US penalty per month. The initial 3M$ had to be paid on December 31th. Do the math! Wouldn’t be surprised to see Cali flip that extra money into CTI equity! 2019 here we come baby!!
