It looks like the SP is hovering around 70 cents, maybe a payout of 1 dollar would make 40% premium? Does this sound reasonable?

Sorry, not sure what you mean by 'payout of a dollar'? There sure was some good activity on Friday - green and great volume. Something coming down the pipe.

What I meat was that every share holder would be offered a dollar per TLK share in order to create a new entity out of the 3 mentioned companies. Or something else, there is more than one way to skin the cat.
