When does one decide to become a manAn open letter to Mr. Kjosness.
No reasonable person can debate that the Company has been a significant failure under your leadership. You have had several years to create a success and have failed miserably. Not only that but you have also lost two "unloseable" lawsuits, the latest to the tune of about 3/4 of a million dollars. And who knows how much in attorneys fees. Rather than settle with Richard Watson you extended considerable company resources, LOST, and now you are going to do it again. Furthermore, you spent considerable legal fees before settling with George Sharp over some two bit claim that was less than the cost of the legal fees and that you probably should have just paid off anyway. To your credit, there has not been a rebellion from the company shareholders or Canaccord who holds much of the paper. How they can remain so quiet is beyond me.
Mr. Kjosness, as you well know, I have predicted this company's demise on this board for quite some time now. Perhaps I am the only one here with my eyes open. Perhaps I am the only one here who can add 2 + 2 whatever the reason, I ask you to realize your limitations and resign and implore your fellow Directors to resign as well. You all have had your chance (and then some). Let's take care of the shareholders.
