RE: When does one decide to become a manIt has come to my attention, that the illustrious Mr. Kjosness has also failed to make it publicly known (even though it is against regulations) that Mr. Sommerville resigned as a Director on February 9 and Mr. Rennie resigned on October 31. This is withholding of material information from the public as well as the regulators. Also, the Board of Directors has only 3 Directors when I believe it is required to have 5 as per its own by-laws.
