RE:SHARESi assume you are referring to the NCIB -- the company has the right to purchase up to 5% of its outstanding shares in the open market -- 777,165 shares in total.

if the company decides to purchase shares it will be in the open market -- usually as a % of the daily volume...it is something that would take place over many weeks/months and not in one shot -- if in fact it is ever used.

my guess is that if/when Eden Games division is sold and the company is sitting on a large pile of cash they will go in to the market and buy back....we shall see
