Where is management? Why do they get paid?No financials filing since November. You will not get a PR for this of course, Quarterly reporting is not very important for shareholders in the eyes of Joe and GRG team. But quarterly filings are listing requirements. They will publish in Sedar but will not spend 5 minutes in a public PR. But that didn't stop the company to issue options to themselves. And you paid Joe Grosso Admin outfit to manage this.
Normally unless i am mistaken, public companies have 90 days to file after the end of a fiscal year which ended Dec30th. So filing is late since Mar30th? Maybe i got this wrong but what I know is
that the latest quarterly filing was Nov 19th , almost 5 months ago. Good job Joe, I'm glad for your new options. I just can't wait to see how many SSRM sharesare left. Of course I will get hte number as of December 30th 2020, i woder how many are left today. Not that you were very active working the land ....
