$200M

Paul flies prospectus to raise 200M....When we are going to know at what price.....if the price keep going down it's going to be a disaster for shareholders dilution.....it could very possible be over a half a billion oustanding shares after the raise and it mean possible over 300 million more shares to be  dump in the public for shareholders to absorb....that's probably why the sell off......this is not a joke....own a ton a shares question mark what to do moving forward.......

This is a good point.   Valuations have also come down for the small / mid cap companies in the past couple of months.    The important thing to watch with any future capital round is once they make they acquisition(s), what the PER SHARE revenue and EBITDA and net earnings / loss are.  Focussing just on the top line revenue without regard to the number of shares ...more

It seems they are experiencing strong organic growth, with revenues approaching $25MM per quarter and expected to exceed this figure throughout the year. If revenue per share is growing without any further acquisitions, great! If they are acquiring, remember, legacy petro-based plant owners are know more keen to sell. Which means GDNP will get better prices for those purchases. Valuations down all ...more
