I believe there will be a company/entity that will pay off the 20 million of debt ( CRA, Sprott, other creditors). Maybe some of that will be for RCG shares that they receive. They will have offer ...more

If the underlying value in June 2017 and June 2018 was around 13c then the stock should be trading around that level.    That is close to the exercise price of 12c warrants.   ...more

kenmar, I think your comments are correct. ANX could spread out the tax credits. AGB could make a profit by pricing the credits at 50% of value and exercising them all at once. I prefer general ...more

My impression is that the quarterly reports, related MD&A and PEA, and technical documents hold all the informaiton necessary to estimate the true or intrinsic value of RCG. I think the balance ...more
