Does xyz have any properties? What are they doing? Are they listed and what is their current price? That would factor in how many shares are allocated. Those 4 companies have like 3 million ounces.

The XYZ company is purely fictious. Fictious XYZ company has the $20M has the cash RCG needs to begin operations. No liabilities. XYZ has $10M of tax credits. A merger would increase the tax credits
