RE:RE:RE:RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in output
If I was running a take over company I would offer to assume the debt plus 1 share of new corp for every 10 shares outstanding. Debt to be negotiated over a fixed payment term then finance with

RE:RE:RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in output
I agree it is rarely wise to pay up for assets. It just takes longer to realize a profit. If you were, as you said ANX, what is the maximum you would pay for RCG - the entire company - as-is ?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in output
Dufferin is very near production and with some diamond drilling can really improve on the yield results. Anaconda knows this; they didn't offer Rcg 30 -35 million 18 months ago for fun. In fact

RE:RE:RE:RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in output
Don't forget, the reason RCG is in this positon is because they are being crushed by the debt load and have no near term path to production without a lot more capital. Why would ANX saddle

RE:RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in output
Goldboro anticpated to be 80K oz to 100K oz per annum. Not 20K. If I am ANX, I am much more interested in doing a deal with MAE than I am paying up for any of the RCG assets. ANX

RE:RE:RE:Wouldn't sell all of RCG for less than 50 million
$89.2M post tax NPV x 3 properties (Dufferin, Tangier, Forest Hill) = $268M your $50M is almost 20% of a multi-decade project --- I have taken the liberty of not including $20M of tax-loss credits

RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in output
Goldboro is supposed to yield about 20000 ounces/annum; Dufferin is supposed to yield about the same. Anaconda needs a mill and RCG has one. If Anaconda was to build their own mill and all the
