But strategically, between Bob and his partner, the Board and executive, there is most likely enough shares to pass the appointment. Failing that, I would hope that any major shareholder would be intelligent enough to fall over themselves to appoint someone of her caliber. She definitely has my votes...
I might be a little nervous if I was Steve. I don't think he is in danger of being voted out for the same reasons stated above (nor do I think that's wise at this point), but a message might get sent via the shareholders.
