Due to the unusual circimstances dealing with the coronavirus information comes from emails, fax machines, extracts of texts and who knows what else, it got posted since because it looks authentic in the context of the immiment out-of-court settlement of LVV, is it 100% verifiable? No. Could it be a scam? Maybe or maybe not. You take it with a grain of salt and you decide to give any validation.
