Tehachapi Land Transaction History from Shneps the PlumberWell, here we go again. Our dearest Shneps cannot let go of his old Plumber tradesman habits.
Everytime Jeff quashes his erstwhile investigative reporting with a clean sink full of fresh cold water, Shneps goes back dark into his Plumber heritage and looks for make believe sewage pipes to clean. The only problem for Shneps is that Jeff and Greenbriar are both sparkling clean. Lets look at Shneps' latest revelations.
Shneps the Plumber spends the last 6 months posting repetitively on Stockhouse (while completely trashing the Altus Report) his mathematical findings ad nauseam, including copius amounts of his infected calculations, plus Shneps own data, who Shneps says in his own words that Sage Ranch is a financially broken project and nothing near what was reported in the Altus Report.
This huge negative view of Sage Ranch by Shneps is further supplanted by CharlesRookie29, Nab-A-Hoe and LMM9, whereby all four posters including Shneppy bash the dogcr@p out of Tehachapi all claiming no large value or any value in Sage Ranch.
Now that Shneps took a crash online course and earned his PhD in forensic anthropology, Shneps finds a title history
of 28.75 acres. Wow. What a Find....
What has the Plumber found? A 28.75 acre property across the street from Sage Ranch that the City would never entitle and never permit as part of Sage Ranch, ever. Yet, this property is now worth a fortune according to Shneps the Plumber, as Shneps decides to change the narrative to fit his new hate filled speech against Jeff.
Shneps the Plumber publishes a 2017 sale from GRB to Mr. Strasser, two years before the City even accepted the draft application, and long before the City said NO to the 28.75 acres. Mr. Strasser sells the 28.75 to Jeff four years later in 2021, (since Jeff through his own name and his various personal holding companies is the largest landowner in the entire region and loves owning land all over that region). That is contrary to Shneps for over a year saying that land is cow pasture.
In 2021 Jeff says I don't want this property so he sells it to Forward Holdings (Who Shneps claims is owned by Morris the Real Estate sales guy). Shneps does not publish the selling prices, because he knows Jeff never made a single penny profit or any profit on the sale.
So now we have 28.75 acres, that could never be entitled as Sage Ranch now owned by third parties where Jeff never made a penny.
What the heck is Shneps the Plumber saying? People buying and selling land and Jeff making no money. Well, according to Shneps, Jeff is a crook, moron, thief, liar, criminal, etc. It is all in his previous posts. But where is the money?
Shneps does not sound well. At least not in English.
Shneps the Plumber does not sound good in English. I think Shneps talks in riddles and likes to change the narrative to suit his hatred of Jeff. Lets see what Shneps the Plumber means in other languages:

Shneps Snetsinger sounds perfect. Like his handle Shneps, is like a short version of Snetsinger.
Well, I am good on the computer as well. Since Shneps is a pump and dumper of penny stocks like his OILS and his now delisted BEV, according to the Ontario Securities Commission the pump and dump boiler room capital of Canada is Brantford, Ontario. Could he be Snetsinger from Brantford? Ah, just a wild thought on my part.
Lets just go with Shneps the Plumber or Shneps Snetsinger.
