RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Greenbriar Plans to Break Ground on Sage Ranch in AprilThe 2021 and 2022 (2023?) the City needed those water rights to serve its existing customers. Those water rights are only being transferred for one years use, then are returned to the owner.
None of these transfers are for future City needs.
These are for this years needs only.

Your comment about farmers is not only callous but is outright ignorant to think that your needs are above someone else's, merely because you invested.
