Silver Wheaton

Silver WheatonSaw an article in Globe and Mail about Silver Wheaton looking to buy.  What are the thoughts on the board about Silver Wheaton Picking up Geologix.  Not sure what type of rules there are for acquisitions when CEO of acquiror is on the board of the acquiree.  Any thoughts out there?
