Silver Wheaton

Saw an article in Globe and Mail about Silver Wheaton looking to buy.  What are the thoughts on the board about Silver Wheaton Picking up Geologix.  Not sure what type of rules there are for acquisitions when CEO of acquiror is on the board of the acquiree.  Any thoughts out there?

This is a great question and one I have been wondering about for some time. If u get a definitive answer, pls post it. To me, I think the potential for conflict of interest concerns is high but I'm just guessing. Zad
