RE:RE:RE:RE:All true!unrealistic. That could happen if you have one big player on the Board that will continue to benefit from the merger or acquisition. In this case you have 5 major people invested. Only one of which gets a salary. The other 4 are invested in the company because the payout is the through the share price doing well. There is no chance of them giving the company away.
