The reality is that GCO hired Mi3 to do what Mi3 does best while GCO can focus on what GCO does best.
As far as who influenced the market back then - who knows? But maybe the share price would have hit .45 instead of .26 if they had more resources invested towards PR? Once again, who knows.
It is money well spent in my opinion and a small price to pay for higher visibility.
@duaneb737: There is an Initial Resource Estimate (43-101) expected in the coming weeks. (Early Q2) along with a Pre-Economic Assessment later on (Q4).

There should be another NR soon before the 43-101 and it should be the assay results from the remaining holes.
