RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great Lakes Graphite Reaches Lawsuit Settlement

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great Lakes Graphite Reaches Lawsuit SettlementI don't think management is lying but at this point it makes sense to do it.  The lawsuit was on hold indefinitely and even with no merit it looks bad, it will cost money to pursue and it prevents Novocarbon from doing some things they want to do.  These cases are never black and white and judges are human that can make bad judgments, this is safer.  OGL was stubborn, they could've done this years ago and there was a vindictiveness to this case but they definitely need money to maintain and it looks bad on them to hold a suit indefinitely for the purpose of screwing another company.  It's over, let's move on.

I am pleased Todd's departure was amicable.  Opportunities in this industry are fluid and in terms of skillset it can change.  But Novocarbon maintains solid relationships with their allies.  Hopefully the news we are waiting for comes out in the next few months.
