Material Statements

Material StatementsI don't know how this will work with a two name, two country sub-sub-subsidiary graphene company with zero directors, but

  • Previous financials and MDAs were consistently showing 2.5 Million in 2019CY sales
  • Officers of the company were publicly stating forward looking statements(may or may not be material)
  • A significant sell off occurred hours before the board announcement
I am not trying to rally up disgust (Everyone here likely lost a chunk of their hide today).  I have personally promoted this company and its stock to peers and colleagues.  I believed in their team and mission.  I like Paul.  I tend to think that this was more of a case of too much hope on behalf of the company rather than deceit, but my third bullet point is where I lose that faith and potentially get upset.

Just couldn’t swing it or intentional deception?
