Yup, I agree, the blog is short and sweet, right to the point. The thing I find most curious about this whole situation is how the buyers (the trio of companies registered in Delaware) managed to secure 66% of the shares from the majority groups. How is it that none of these majority groups are fighting for a fairer offer? I'm eagerly awaiting management's recommendation...
