It is a reverse merger so it looks wierd right  moving into shell now ...but has great people.

They did not make these incredible products without some innovative people.
The new ERA hat is great!  and several press releases on new buyers ( no dollar figures)

The problem is as I see it.  They need to raise money to go bigtime.  35 miillion or close outstanding shares but 16 million are held by the CEO.  i think they are selling shares to raise more money and that is why maybe it yo yo's so much. It seems the share count has increased from original 32 million if i recall ( he supposedly had 1/2 of shares)   I am watching and nibbling everytime it goes down.
Great products, but will they succeed in getting funds to go to next level.

sure it is a real company... but what is it worth???? this is being pump by active trade room they are mentioning all these agreements and contracts but with no $ value on the deals...  remember that active trade room is getting paid 15,000 a month by some hong kong firm who is also making a nice monthly fee to promote this stock but can you tell me how much money was pocketed by all those

Yes It's a real company that has ONE EMPLOYEE ONLY?? And as far as yo yo's so much ALL I SEE is thre YO it never came back for the other YO? Not a GOOD COMPANY to invest in, UNLESS you want 5000 dollars to turn into 1000 dollars?? PUMP AND DUMP!!

What a way to ruin a company.  I am not arguing that they are dumping shares. Hard to believe they took it this low.  To .21. I waited to buy based on previous notes below I bought some at .3 and .25 product ideas are great but as you said a bunch of bozos stealing people's money. When they do this the company never gets traction. But in the 8k they said they needed money. Selling

Well at least the CEO who has 1/2 the shares or 16 million will walk away with toilet paper after this is through.  Out for a small loss.

not at all...remember this was a small start up company with no funds and unknown to the majors.. the  this hong kong company  sells them on the reverse ipo using a worthless company that is at least registered on pink....then the fun starts... issues of millions of shares....if they do not have them splits until you get them... then hiring of active trade room a specialist in pump and

No disrespect at all. You hit the nail on the head as you put it.  I figured it was happening based on posts at this sight.  The company has good products but was in debt and needed cash to market the product is what I believed after doing research. This was  just a piss poor way to get money, but may have been the only way.  I will wait for it to get quiet and see if any

I do not want to say I told you so but I have learned that you do not get anything for nothing.. if you ever receive a call from active trade room then make sure you are at the beginning of the promotion and get out as quick as you can with the number you had in mind...these guys are trained salespeoples who play pump and dump
