It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that it is in fact being manipulated.  The worst case is if it is NOT being manipulated and we are truly a piece of junk that somehow got its share price too high and everyone realized that there was no oxygen up there and everyone bailed.     If we are being manipulated then it means somebody wants us right ?  If they

I can’t disagree.  It’s logical.  For sure, something is going on and only Tetra knows, of course.  The price was forced down in my observation.

Anyone notice that the underwriters had 1 month at the closing of the PP to exercise an over alottment option to purchase an additional 15% of the PP (shares and warrants) at a discounted price if i recall correctly it was at .24 a share and .06 the warrant might have something to do with the discounted share price

I'm sure when TBP gets manipulated back up you won't be complaining (hint: remember to exit if someone decides to do that)
