RE:As can be seenflashcash, I agree with all you say but I do get nervous when you bring up J/V. I have recently been stung because of a J/V situation. Some time ago I invested in a (can't lose) situation with VSR. They made the unfortunate decision to J/V with a "medium company" IMG who has other irons in the fire and are in no rush to prove up their J/V resource. It also appears to me that they intentionally are drilling shallow and in questionable areas. I think they are trying to buy out VSR at a discount price. I recently sold at a profit but feel that I had to leave a huge payday on the table becuase of the wrong J/V partner. I did not feel like waiting years for the resource to develope.
