RE:RE:RE:RE:Hostile takeover...Yes, they HAVE to know who their shareholders are. If there is any voting event, they must notify the shareholders and give them an opportunity to vote. You’ll receive an envelope in the mail with the info on the even and voting/proxy forms and stuff.
