Does anyone know if it was just TD that

Does anyone know if it was just TD that Reduced the borrowing on the margin accounts. That was brutal for me and they screwed my account up as the buying power is locked at -862.09 all day so I couldn't buy anything. Then their site went down for a while. Time for a change.
