Morningstar ratingMorningstar, who has had a rating onGBR, consistently below the share price, all year, has changed its fair value rating to $19.91, almost $3.00 above wher we opened. Do they know something , we’re waiting for, or have they been asleep. Maybe ,they finally realized what GBR really had.
