12-17-03 SPECIAL UPDATE Globetech Ventures (GTVCF:OTCBB) $0.86-0.91 + $0.15 on 79,074 shares. The stock continued its rebound after the retest of the recent lows. Trading back above $1.00 should see a quick move up to $1.25-1.35 and above $1.50 will start the move up to my target of $3.00-5.00 in January-February, 2004. I looks like the problem of the sellout that I talked about on Friday
