These runs are based on pure BS speculation and market manipulation.

There hasn't been an official company news release for over two years.

They are still in deep hibernation.

Both GUL and MNL owe it to their shareholders to disclose any material plans.  So far, there are no plans - just baloney share-price speculation and manipulation by some day traders to get an easy double or triple on their short term moves.
