I would have to concur those numbers are fricken brutal. Major drop off in production, an increase in debt and cash flow after dividend essentially zero so where oh where would any money come from to drill up their locations.

Clearly they no longer have a choice and have to be sold ASAP but I think it will now be under 3.50.

that deal that fell off the table was projected to net them 2,000,000 bucks so that is another tough pill to swallow.
