I've been checking the Friends site pretty regularly and noticed this morning that they claim the bankruptcy was DISMISSED on the October 20th court date. I have no information confirming or refuting that information. Check out the Friends site. If true, our only hope is the lawsuit by Murry and friends. Someone found out about the court decision as the tock was halved in a day recently.
