Friends site deleted all reference to dismissal of case
This morning I posted new info from the friends of gryphon gold web site indicating that Waterton had prevailed in their request to dismiss the bankruptcy case. It further stated that the investor law suit by Murray group would most likely be dropped due to expense of continued litigation. All references to these actions have been deleted from the friends site when I went back to reread late this afternoon. Did anyone else see this information on the site before it was deleted? Why was it deleted? Was the case really settled in W's favor or not?
Can things get myuch more bizzare?
