Big red flag from the first meeting with the judge on hcmc side.  Even PM commented on it.  While PM has most likely infringed, something just not right. I hope you kids make money ...more

Will we see a short squeeze if there is a Phillip Morris settlement . Given the HUGE short position, it could dtive the SP into the stratosphere if they all have to cover
