Try putting out a preliminary mine plan to get the ore out of the ground.
Apply for mining permits.
Find a mill that they can ship the ore to .

Get a permit for a small mill.
That would be news.

This may be just a headline company wanting to hit the home run every time instead of actually building momentum of a mine.

   

I still think they will come up with additional home run results on the JT property.
