Looking for Cash

I know I am the only one here and you can tell by the share price but, this was obvious by looking at the balance sheet.

"best efforts" basis.  Let's see this "overwhelming" investor demand now.  With the share price flopping since the last financing with their previously stated "overwhelming" demand, will this PP sell?  it's not bought but a best efforts deal.  That's doesn't indicate this "overwhelming" demand they spoke of.  We will know soon enough.

Where are the acquisitions by the way? since acquirees are required to have some skin in the game is it appealing for them to see the share price drop and languish after the last acquisitions?  are the previous acquirees happy with that?  lol
