PP is anticipated close on/around Dec 15th
This is what HBM says in its NR about Halo Financing. See sedar Dec 8th for details
There are total 9 Million new shares, HBM has 3.655 Million shares; Anybody has any idea who will buy the rest? ----------5.345 Million Halo shares at 0.50$ ???
PNP will buy more to keep the % in Halo ?? or News will say " Certain insititutions" bought this PP?
In open market, SP is about 55 cents as today's close, PP is not attartive for traders at this level for sure.. where is the way out?
