Home Trust is a federally regulated trust company offering residential and non-residential mortgage lending, securitization of residential mortgage products, consumer lending and credit card services. In addition, Home Trust and its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Bank offer deposits through brokers and financial planners, and through a direct-to-consumer brand, Oaken Financial. Long-term history tells him the current price, though at 5-year price to book high, could be a lot higher. FMV potential is well over 100% above current stock price. Don't sell. Big issue is when will they start paying a dividend, instead of just buying back stock?
